This policy explains what information the BEC 2002 Silver Jubilee Reunion website and app collect, and how that information is used. Last updated July 2026.
When you register on this site, we collect the details you submit on the registration form: full name, branch, year of passing, current city and country, current company and designation (optional), personal email address, mobile number, WhatsApp number (optional), and a current photograph.
This information is used only to build the batch directory for the BEC 2002 Silver Jubilee Reunion, to help batchmates reconnect with each other, and to coordinate reunion event communication (updates, invitations, and logistics).
Registration details are visible to the reunion organizing committee for the purpose of coordinating the event. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with advertisers or unrelated third parties.
Data is stored securely using Vercel's hosted database and file storage infrastructure. Access to the admin dashboard is protected by login credentials and two-factor authentication.
If you'd like your details corrected or removed from the directory, contact any member of the organizing committee listed on the Committee page.
The BEC 2002 Reunion Android app displays this same website inside the app. It does not collect any additional information beyond what is described above, and it does not use analytics or advertising SDKs.
